Once upon a time in Bogotá, two expats—Vivianne and Sara—found themselves navigating life in Colombia with their families. Between chats about missing Swedish winters (okay, maybe not) and navigating the vibrant streets of Bogotá, they kept coming back to one big idea: “There is so much talent here!” And that’s how the wheels started turning.

What began as casual coffee chats quickly turned into action. In 2017, from a cozy little apartment, Globedesk was born. And let’s be real—it wasn’t all smooth sailing at first. There were plenty of ideas, and a few flops along the way. But, after some trial and error (and a lot of late-night brainstorming), they hit gold by blending remote work with opportunities to relocate. Suddenly, things really took off.

Today, Globedesk helps companies from all over the world hire top-notch senior consultants in IT and marketing. And here’s where it gets really exciting: we don’t just find people their dream jobs—we help them find their dream homes, too. Whether it’s packing up and heading for Sweden or working remotely from somewhere sunny, we’re all about creating real change in people’s lives.
